This is a small palette with 6 colors for on the go fun!

• Each color has approximately 8 grams of paint with a total net weight of 48 grams. This kit includes one paint brush, size may vary.
• Colors included in this palette are: Neon Foxy Orange, Neon Pink Flamingo, Neon Toxic Yellow, Neon Kryptonite Green, Regular Starlight White, and Regular Black.
• Please Note: Neon colors, like in other brands, are made with pigments that have not been approved by the FDA to be used on cosmetics (the FDA has not tested them yet for cosmetic use) but they have been independently tested and have been determined safe for cosmetic use by independent laboratories according to the manufacturer. Following FDA guidelines these colors are labeled as follows: Special FX Product – Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) – Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc, to create a glowing effect that will be even brighter under black light. Use contrasting colors to achieve a chromadepth or 3D effect. Because this product can stain other surfaces, please avoid contact with carpets, fabrics and upholstery.
